Ethical Staffing In Action
Cashless Transactions at Boomtown Festival
Five days. 66,000 attendees. Thousands of cashless wristband transactions managed without a hitch.
When Boomtown Festival needed a reliable team of RFID and cashless payment operatives, they came to us. Working alongside technology partner Weez, our team handled front-line customer support for the entire cashless system — managing top-ups, troubleshooting issues, and keeping the experience seamless for tens of thousands of festival-goers. It’s exactly the kind of high-stakes, high-volume environment we are built for.
Bristol Pride
Managing everything from entry to exit, we were invited to Bristol Pride in 2024.
Frequently Asked Questions
How far in advance do you need to book festival staffing?
For larger festivals (5,000+ capacity), we recommend getting in touch at least 6 months before your event. That said, we’re experienced in scaling up at short notice and will always do our best to support late requests, just get in touch and we’ll tell you honestly what we can deliver.
Can festival staffing services cover both large-scale and smaller boutique festivals?
Yes. We’ve supported events from a few hundred attendees up to 100,000+ capacity festivals.
Can you provide sustainability or green teams as part of a wider staffing package?
Absolutely. Our sustainability ambassador teams can be integrated into any festival staffing package. We’ll work with your green team to understand your specific commitments and brief our staff accordingly.
Do you operate across the whole of the UK?
Yes. Our localised festival staffing teams cover ground around most major cities and locations. We regularly deploy teams across the UK. Depending on the location, brief and requirement we work closely with Operations teams to discuss travel, accommodation and logistics as part of the planning process
