About: Shambala takes place across four days on the August Bank Holiday Weekend at a stunning secret location in the heart of the Northamptonshire countryside.

Roles and Responsibilities: Box Office Team
We are incredibly excited to be joining the Shambala Box Office team this year. The box office is the hub of the festival’s ticketing, check-ins, and customer service for the public arriving to this glorious event. You’ll need to have excellent customer service skills, be cool under pressure, be great at problem solving and be confident with technology.
We only have a small number of roles available, so for this crucial position we will only be recruiting those with previous Box Office experience.
You must be able to arrive on Wednesday 26th August by 5pm.
Skills and Experience:
- You must have previous Box Office experience
- Great customer service skills
- Ability to work well under pressure with brilliant attention to detail
Accessibility :
This role will be within a Box Office on the main public gate.
Candidate requirements:
- You must be a UK resident or have the right to work in the UK
- You must be able to provide at least two references from previous employers
