Client and event overview
Some events become more than another date in the calendar. We’ve been supporting Love Saves The Day for years, building a longstanding relationship with Bristol-based producers Team Love and becoming increasingly familiar with the operation behind one of our home city’s biggest festivals. For a Bristol-based business, it’s a partnership we’re incredibly proud of.
Bristol Starts the Summer
There are certain signs that summer is on its way in Bristol — and Love Saves The Day taking over Ashton Court Estate is a pretty big one.
The festival first arrived in 2012 and has grown into a Bristol institution, moving through Castle Park and Eastville Park before finding its current home at Ashton Court.
Now spanning eight stages with a capacity of 30,000 people per day, Team Love describes it as marking the beginning of summer and the UK festival season.
Bristol is ready for a party. Festival season is starting. And we’re back at Love Saves The Day.
Supporting Egress at Ashton Court
One of the roles our festival staff have delivered is egress, with 20 event staff helping festival-goers leave safely and find their onward transport connections.
When thousands of people leave together, familiarity with the event, site and operation really matters.
The Outcome
Bristol Events, Bristol Jobs Returning year after year allows us to build experienced teams, create flexible Bristol jobs and strengthen a client relationship that has developed season after season. We don’t want to simply supply people and disappear. We want to understand our clients, learn alongside them and become a trusted extension of their operation. Years later, we’re still proud to be there — and that, to us, is what a great client partnership looks like.
