Client and event overview
Our London event staff had the incredible opportunity to become part of BBC Earth Experience — a groundbreaking immersive attraction at Earl’s Court bringing the natural world to life on an epic scale. Produced by BBC Studios, Moon Eye Productions and Live Nation, the experience combined footage from the BBC Studios Natural History Unit’s *Seven Worlds, One Planet* with bespoke narration from Sir David Attenborough. Not a bad place to call the office.
Welcoming Visitors Into the Natural World
Inside the 1,608m² immersive venue, The Daikin Centre, hundreds of multi-angle screens transported visitors across all seven continents.
Our exhibition staff were part of that experience every day.
From ticket scanning and welcoming visitors to event stewarding throughout the attraction, our team provided information, managed visitor flow and helped hundreds of thousands of guests make the most of their journey.
Sustainability Behind the Spectacle
What made this deployment particularly special was the thinking behind the experience itself.
BBC Earth Experience was designed with sustainability at its heart. The demountable venue used recyclable and reusable materials, 100% renewable energy, energy-efficient LED projection technology and rainwater harvesting. Its gardens were even designed to encourage biodiversity.
Sustainability extended to the people too. BBC Studios developed staff training covering climate change, biodiversity, water use, responsible consumerism and waste management, ensuring the visitor experience reflected the messages on the screens.
For Ethical Staffing, that made this a particularly fitting project.
Our London event staff weren't simply stewarding an exhibition — they were helping bring an experience centred around our planet to life.
And we're incredibly proud to have been part of it.
