Client and event overview
Our accreditation team joined Barcode Festival in 2024, with six Ethical Staffing team members managing the busy accreditation office and welcoming hundreds of traders to the event. And there was a pretty important reason everyone was there at Magazine London.
£1 Million for GroceryAid
Barcode brings together thousands of people from across the grocery and FMCG industry for music, entertainment, networking and some seriously impressive brand activations.
The event supports GroceryAid, which provides emotional, practical and financial support to people working across the grocery industry.
Barcode had raised £1 million in the previous year, demonstrating the huge fundraising potential behind the festival.
Hundreds of Brands, One Busy Accreditation Office
Barcode isn't short of things to explore.
Across the festival, household names and emerging businesses create stands, sampling experiences and activations for industry attendees. One confirmed 2024 activation saw Britvic and Pepsi MAX bring their Speaker Stack competition to the festival, complete with more than 1,250 prizes.
The wider Barcode format brings together around 300 FMCG businesses, giving some idea of the scale happening beyond our accreditation desk.
Behind all that activity, people need to get where they're supposed to be.
Our six-person accreditation team checked trader documentation, assisted with pitches and worked closely with the operations team throughout the week.
We're proud to have supported an event that brings an entire industry together while raising vital funds for GroceryAid.
