Client and event overview

In June 2022, our event staff headed to Bristol's legendary Lloyds Amphitheatre to support Bristol Craft Beer Festival, bringing a friendly local team to one of the city's biggest celebrations of independent brewing. Taking over the Harbourside for two days, the festival brought together more than 40 breweries alongside food and music in the heart of Bristol. For Ethical Staffing, supporting a festival in the city we call home always feels particularly special.

Celebrating Bristol's Craft Beer Scene

The 2022 line-up showcased some of Bristol's best-known independent breweries, including Wiper & True**, Bristol Beer Factory and Left Handed Giant,** alongside breweries from across the UK and beyond.

With hundreds of beers to discover and guests moving between individual brewery stands, maintaining a good flow throughout the venue was an important part of the visitor experience.

Our team acted as front-of-house and were responsible for internal queue management alongside general hospitality duties, responding to changing queue levels while providing a friendly and approachable presence throughout the event.

Bristol Staffing With Local Knowledge

As a Bristol-based business, we're particularly proud of the workforce we've built in and around the city.

Wherever possible, we prioritise local recruitment. For our Bristol staffing projects, that means creating flexible opportunities for local people while developing experienced teams who can return across Bristol's busy events calendar.

There's also something particularly rewarding about seeing our staff working at some of the city's most recognisable event spaces.
