Client and event overview

In September 2024, our stadium staffing team headed to Wembley Stadium for the IBF World Heavyweight Championship, as Anthony Joshua challenged Daniel Dubois in front of a record-breaking 96,000 spectators. The atmosphere around Wembley was electric. With a world heavyweight title on the line and a record crowd filling the stadium, there was a real sense of occasion from the moment fans began arriving. Working alongside PixMob, our stadium staffing team supported the distribution and collection of LED wristbands, helping bring fans together as part of the spectacle.

Bringing Wembley to Life with PixMob

As anticipation built towards the main event, our **event staff** were right amongst the action, distributing PixMob's LED wristbands and engaging with spectators as they entered the venue.

Chances are, you’ve seen those incredible videos of entire stadiums illuminating in perfect sync, PixMob is the technology behind many of them. The Montreal-based immersive event technology company specialises in LED wearables that transform individual audience members into part of the show, turning thousands of people into pixels within one huge, synchronised light display. With more than 10,000 shows delivered over nearly 20 years, their technology has helped create some truly unforgettable moments in stadiums and arenas around the world.

When the stadium lights went down, those wristbands helped transform Wembley into an immersive light show, making the crowd part of an already unforgettable sporting moment.

Following the fight, our event team also encouraged spectators to return their wristbands for recycling, supporting PixMob's approach to more sustainable event technology.
