Client and event overview
A great brand activation starts with an idea. But when that idea leaves the brainstorm and meets the public, it’s often the brand ambassadors on the ground who determine how people actually experience it. We’ve supported activations across festivals, arenas and public spaces for brands including Faith In Nature, Uber, Paramount, Ben & Jerry’s and Crep Protect. And no two briefs have looked remotely the same.
Faith In Nature at Kendal Calling
Free soap at a festival? Absolute genius.
At Kendal Calling, our team distributed Faith In Nature products, acted as information points and helped share the sustainable personal-care brand’s message with festival-goers.
It worked because it made sense. A useful product, a festival audience and a values-led brand coming together in a way that felt natural.
Uber One at All Points East
At All Points East in London’s Victoria Park, our driving team supported an Uber One experience transporting eligible members backstage between areas.
Our staff weren’t simply getting people from A to B. Their interaction with guests became part of the activation itself.
The Outcome
Paramount at The O2 We also supported a Paramount activation during Country to Country at The O2. In a packed arena environment, experienced brand ambassadors help an activation compete with everything else demanding an attendee’s attention — while making the interaction feel natural rather than forced. Ben & Jerry’s Free Cone Day Then there’s Ben & Jerry’s Free Cone Day. The tradition began back in 1979, when Ben & Jerry’s gave away free scoops to thank customers after their first year in business. We’ve supported Free Cone Day for three consecutive years, with our teams managing queues, welcoming the public and helping keep the scoops moving. Turns out free ice cream gets people’s attention. Crep Protect: Taking Brand Activation to Record-Breaking Levels And then things got even more unusual. At BOXPARK Wembley, our team supported Crep Protect as 325 people simultaneously cleaned their trainers, successfully setting a Guinness World Records title. Our staff supported counting and compliance with the official record requirements, demonstrating something really important about brand activation staffing. You can create a brilliant atmosphere and still be thorough enough to deliver the objective. The People Bring the Idea to Life That’s the thread connecting every one of these activations. The right brand ambassadors understand the brief, read the audience, adapt to the environment and recognise what the client is actually trying to achieve. Because a great idea gets people’s attention. It’s the people on the ground who bring it to life.
